Le bicarbonate de sodium a des propriétés déodorantes et antiseptiques qui aident à neutraliser les mauvaises odeurs et à réduire la quantité de bactéries sur la peau des pieds.

Il existe deux manières différentes de l'utiliser pour éliminer les mauvaises odeurs des chaussures :

Mélangez ¼ tasse de bicarbonate de soude, ¼ tasse de levure et ½ tasse de semoule de maïs fine. Mettez le mélange dans une paire de chaussettes en coton ou étalez-le sur vos baskets et laissez-le toute la nuit. Pour un petit parfum supplémentaire, ajoutez quelques gouttes de votre huile essentielle préférée.
Si vous voulez faire simple, saupoudrez du bicarbonate de soude directement sur vos chaussures et laissez agir pendant au moins 24 heures.

✨ Le lendemain vous pourrez vérifier que la mauvaise odeur des chaussures a disparu.

La poudre de talc fonctionne de la même manière que le bicarbonate de soude. Ils ont la capacité d'absorber l'excès d'humidité et ainsi de réduire les odeurs désagréables.

Dans ce cas, vous avez à nouveau deux possibilités :

Mettez un peu de talc dans chaque chaussure et laissez-la toute la nuit, et le lendemain matin, nous pouvons enlever la poudre restante.
Mettez de la poudre de talc sur la plante de vos pieds. De cette façon, nous réduisons la transpiration qui cause la mauvaise odeur des chaussures.

Le vinaigre neutralise les odeurs désagréables et combat les bactéries dans les chaussures. Mélangez simplement du vinaigre blanc et de l'eau dans des proportions égales dans un flacon pulvérisateur. Vaporisez ensuite le mélange sur les chaussures après les avoir portées et laissez-les sécher.

Si vous le faites après chaque course, vous garderez le parfum plus longtemps.

✍️ Conseil : Pour améliorer les performances, nettoyez soigneusement vos chaussures, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, avant d'appliquer la solution.

Les huiles essentielles d'arbre à thé, de clou de girofle et de bois de cèdre sont des déodorants naturels aux propriétés antifongiques. C'est pourquoi il est souvent utilisé pour traiter l'acné, les aphtes, les mycoses des ongles, etc.

Pour lutter contre les mauvaises odeurs de vos chaussures, elles remplissent ces trois fonctions : elles éliminent les bactéries, éliminent les mauvaises odeurs et laissent un arôme agréable.

Pour bénéficier de ses propriétés, appliquez 3 à 5 gouttes de l'une de ces huiles essentielles sur les semelles de vos chaussures deux fois par semaine.

ℹ️ Vous pouvez également mélanger les huiles essentielles avec d'autres remèdes maison comme le bicarbonate de soude ou le vinaigre.

Un autre remède maison pour éliminer la mauvaise odeur des chaussures consiste à appliquer une barre de savon de chaque côté et à la laisser agir toute la nuit. Le savon tue les bactéries et l'odeur qu'elles produisent. De plus, en raison de sa nature poreuse, il absorbe les odeurs et laisse à la place un parfum propre et savonneux.

✍️ Conseil : Assurez-vous que les pains de savon ne sont pas mouillés avant de les mettre dans vos chaussures, car l'humidité favorise la croissance des bactéries.

Un moyen simple et efficace d'éliminer les odeurs des chaussures consiste à éliminer l'excès d'humidité. Après votre course, séchez vos chaussures au soleil pendant quelques heures et laissez-les sécher complètement avant de remarcher.

Comme cela arrive souvent, mieux vaut prévenir que guérir. Par conséquent, il convient de prêter attention à une série de recommandations simples pour s'assurer que les chaussures ne dégagent pas de mauvaise odeur et que les mesures mentionnées ci-dessus ne sont pas si nécessaires :

N'utilisez les chaussettes qu'une seule fois entre chaque lavage et essayez de ne pas répéter les chaussures plus de deux jours de suite.
Après avoir fait du sport, ne portez plus les mêmes chaussettes et chaussures.
Assurez-vous de bien sécher vos pieds après chaque lavage pour éviter la croissance de bactéries due à l'humidité.
Vos pieds ont aussi besoin de respirer. Lorsque vous le pouvez, portez des chaussures ouvertes et pas de chaussettes.
