Remember that, based on your experience, you may change some steps. This is not a hermetic process.

1. Clean the garment: It seems like a step of overwhelming logic, but it is extremely important to achieve top results. Make sure the garment is clean even if it is new.

New garments come with a protective coating as a finish, which you can't see but it is there. If you start creating your artwork with textile paint over this layer, it is likely to ruin the design with washing.

On the other hand, if you use an old garment, more of the same thing happens, we have to clean it to make sure there are no traces of dirt.

2. Paint the garment: Now the good stuff starts. You will need textile paint like the ones you will find in our Paints category.

Why is it important to dilute the paint? If we apply the textile paint directly on the garment, the finish will be hard and it will be easier to damage it because it will come off the fabric.

6. Adhesive tape: Make sure to cover the areas you don't want to paint so you can create without worrying about staining areas you don't want.

Wait for the layers to dry while you go through the process naturally.

Use dryers to speed up the process.

8. Protect your design: Surely, after so much work, you will want the design to last as long as possible.
